Mindfulness Practices teach us to bring our full attention to what is happening right now. By learning to focus, concentrate, observe, notice and describe without judgment or attachment—what is happening in your body, thoughts, feelings and experience — you will begin to create a space to relax, renew and regenerate. One of the goals of practicing Mindfulness is to learn to think positively, maintain mental poise and equanimity.
Rev. Judi Elia has been practicing meditation and teaching Mindfulness Practices for over twenty-five years. She is an ordained Unity Minister and Florida Licensed Family Therapist. She has a passion for inspiring peace, health and happiness in people of all ages and stages of Life.
Pre-registration is requested and the class will be closed after the second week.
