Alyssa Abrahamson is a Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach based in NYC. She is certified from the Nutritional Therapy Association, has a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and an M.A. in Education & Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary. In 2000, Alyssa was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease that cause chronic pain, stiffness, and inflammation at the joints. In an effort to overcome these debilitating symptoms, she began a healing journey exploring healthy lifestyle changes, positive mindset, diet and nutririon, as well as healing modalities including yoga and meditation. From her personal experiences, she developed her Nutrition & Wellness Coaching practice to support others.
