Sanctuary: Sanctuary with Kitchen Use:
$20 per hour for Unity Members $25 per hour for Unity Members
$35 per hour for non-members $45 per hour for non-members
Fellowship Room Fellowship Room with Kitchen Use:
$17.50 per hour Unity Members $22.50 per hour for Unity Members
$30 per hour non-members $40 per hour for non-members
$15 per hour for Unity Members
$25 per hour for non-members
Celebrations of Life/ Memorial Services: Love offering basis
Non-Profit Organizations: Rates are at the Minister’s discretion
$200 for 2 hours use of Sanctuary, Fellowship Room, Kitchen and (if available) classroom.
$125 for 1 hours use of Sanctuary, Fellowship Room, Kitchen and (if available) classroom.
Sound Engineer: $100 per hour required for use of microphones, keyboard, and /or sound system.
Inclement Weather back-up reservation: A non-refundable fee of $100 will reserve the sanctuary and meeting rooms as back up for weddings. In the event that the ceremony is conducted at Unity due to inclement weather, the deposit is applied to the wedding fee.
Renters are expected to restore the church property to its original condition.
Dates will only be reserved once a 50% deposit has been made by credit card or check and a signed rental contract is received in the Unity of the Keys office. Payment in full is required seven days prior to the event.
Full refunds issued if cancelled in writing 60 (sixty) days prior to the event. Other cancellations incur a 25% cancellation fee.
