Eileen Key West – Quinn Quinn Eileen Quinn, born September 6th, 1958, one of eleven children, was a long-time Key West resident and beloved community member. She moved to the island in the late 1980s, shortly after her honeymoon visit.
Over the years, she was very active in the community. She served on the Monroe County School Board, volunteered with Literacy Volunteers of America and Big Brothers Big Sisters, worked for Unity of the Keys and the Schooner Wharf bar, taught water aerobics at the College of the Florida Keys’ pool, and did everything in her power to make the world a better place. Known for her quick wit, brilliant looks, and dazzling charm,
Eileen is survived by her two sons, John and Aleksander, her long-time partner Pete, as well as other family members and countless friends she held dear. She passed on May 10th, 2025, at the age of 66. It’s impossible to describe the loss of such an amazing woman who was stolen from us too soon, but her legacy and positive impact on the city of Key West will live on.
