How many times do we want to shout STOP to others when we read about, witness, or hear about behaviors and events that upset up? “What is wrong with them”, we think. “Have they no compassion or concern?”, we rage.
But, how many times do we stop ourselves from reacting to our own judgments or realized our thoughts, words, and actions are not coming from a space of love? Join me as we explore realizing when we need to put that stop sign up for ourselves – in the name of love!
