Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation.

Through Yoga Nidra, your whole body and being are permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.
You do not need to have any yoga or meditation experience to enjoy this relaxation event. In fact, there is no movement. You will be laying down or sitting for the meditation.
It is scientifically proven that meditation positively changes your brain and balances your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems promoting healing and stress release.
This meditation helps you to release tension in the body and also in the mind to lower brainwave activity. Very therapeutic. Like a perfect nap.
Spiritually, yoga nidra helps you to disconnect with your monkey mind and ego, so you can relax and connect with your cosmic energy, your soul, your true self, your abiding presence.
A Love Offering of $15 to $20 per class will be gladly accepted, but no one is turned away.
Carolyn has been certified in Yoga Nidra Facilitation by the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida.

Please bring your own yoga mat, head pillow, and light cover (light blanket or sweater) if you can. If you are not able to, let Carolyn know and she will arrange for your meditation setting.
