The story of how a truck reversing over her while she was lying on the beach led Claire to shed her people pleasing ways and discover a new way of living: One that gives us more energy and capacity, that helps us to live more fully, and allows us to show up for our loved ones and communities in ways that don’t drain or exhaust us.

Claire Brummell is an expert in human behavior and the Creator and Founder of The Universal Needs, specializing in mental health, relationships, and business leadership.  She is also the co-founder of the local nonprofit The Fairy GayMothers, Key West’s reigning Queen Mother, and creator of The Queen Mother Community Project, an initiative that lets local businesses and community members easily support local nonprofits throughout the year.
